The Infor Training Manual was created to assist agents and showroom staff in learning the company system that was used for every aspect of the order lifecycle.
The Instructions listed show the content workflow for a project I worked on with TaskUs. It helped to onboard new candidates more efficiently into a process with many steps. There are also instructions to forms that were linked.
